Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Growth Project Manager to drive the expansion and operational excellence of Morph Pay & other marketing activities — our cutting-edge payments product. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives spanning strategy, operations, and marketing. You’ll work closely with product, ecosystem, and community teams to scale Morph Pay’s reach across different regions.
    The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and brings experience in launching and scaling Web3 products.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and execute strategic growth campaigns at Morph, including partner collaborations and targeted regional marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with product teams to successfully plan and deliver go-to-market strategies and product launches.

  • Develop and drive strategic plans to scale Morph Pay & other marketing initiatives

  • Identify and analyze growth opportunities—new markets, partners, or user segments

  • Build and refine operational processes to support scalable growth and cross-functional collaboration

  • Own project plans, timelines, and performance tracking across internal and external initiatives

  • Support user acquisition strategies, brand messaging, and channel testing

  • Coordinate with ecosystem, community, and marketing teams to increase Morph visibility

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project/growth management—ideally at a fast-paced tech or Web3 company
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
  • Familiarity with the crypto/blockchain space is a strong bonus
